Facebook ad leads from the lead form don't go to CRM Podio

I set up a Zap for a client that delivers Facebook ad leads from the lead form to the CRM Podio and the test leads show up, however the 5 actual Facebook leads haven't come through to Podio. What could be the problem?

I set this up for another client and it works just fine.

Have you followed all the troubleshooting advice here?

Facebook Lead Ads - Integration Help & Support | Zapier

9 times out of 10 these issues are permissions related.

If not, check your 'History' tab and check if the zaps have been running but producing errors?

If all else fails, post back here and I'll flag your post for the Zapier Community Team to look at.
