Hi Community,

I am new to Zapier so be gentle. :grinning:

We use HubSpot as a CRM and CMS for our business. I have just purchased a new project management system called Jobman and I would like to create a way to transfer new contacts in HubSpot to Jobman. Jobman doesn’t seen to be a supported app/program. Is there a way to do this?

Cheers

Hi @LimeTree! Welcome to Zapier and to the Community :)

If the app/program isn’t supported by Zapier, assuming there’s an API that can be used, we can always create a request to have it added. Is this the Jobman you’re referring to: https://jobman.com.au/.

If so, I’m not super confident that they’ve got an API, which is necessary to create a Zapier integration. Your best bet might be to reach out to them to see if they can work with webhooks at all (in which case we’ve got a Webhooks app you might be able to use) or an API (which can then be used to create an integration).

Most new Zapier integrations are actually built by the companies/teams that created the apps themselves. Here's how new services typically get added to Zapier: https://zapier.com/help/getting-new-service-zapier/

You also might encourage the Jobman team to add their app to Zapier via our developer platform (assuming they’ve got an API they can use): https://zapier.com/developer.

OK. Thanks. The link you have to Jobman is the correct one. Can I set up a Zap to export contacts from HubSpot into a csv excel file?

@LimeTree

You can export to CSV directly from Hubspot - no need for a zap: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/export-contacts-companies-deals-or-tickets

Of course. Thanks. This may be the short term solution then. A weekly export and then upload to Jobman. Just need to work out the required order of fields and set up a template I guess.

Cheers
