Excel to Trello Checklist

I am attempted to create a checklist in a Trello card from a spreadsheet, using the line items as the items to be added to the checklist.

Currently, it is working but Trello is creating a separate checklist for each item.

Is there something I am missing to be able to create a single checklist from the line items?

Try using the Create Checklist Item in Card action in your zap

To keep it simple and get 1 Checklist on the Trello Card, the GSheet line items would all need to be on the same row.
