I have the following coming up on my zapier link to Quickbooks

Error turning Zap on: Required field "Amount" (line_amount) is missing

Hi @Starlightdance 

Some fields are required and marked with a red “required” to the right of the field.

Some fields are conditionally required, so be sure to check the descriptions underneath the fields.

What i dont understand is that it is asking me for customer (i.e. as in existing customer).  I need to be able to send all new sales/orders from EKM into Quickbooks and it does not seem to want to do that .  I did a test from Zapier and it worked but i cannot get it to pick up an new order and i have had 3 this afternoon and it has not sent them to quickbooks? 

I have set up the EKM Trigger etc on Zapier it is when i am setting up the Action (quickbooks part) that i am having issues.  In the set up action part it asks for customer name (itis like it is just picking up existing cusomers)  but surely it will just keep sending that one into quickbooks when i need it to pick up new orders from my ecomerce and send them into quickbooks via zappier?

when i do the test in action it is coming up with an issue with line items ?

Seems like you may need to do additional steps before such as Find/Create Customer, then map the Customer ID to this step.
