Error - Cannot read property 'errors' of undefined - Chargify

Hi there,

I’m receiving the following error when using Chargify in one of our company’s Zaps. Essentially, a client will book through the platform (hence the webhook) & I would like to identify whether they are on a certain product but I continue to receive this error message when trying to test the data.

Thanks,

Abhinav

So the reason you can't select them is that they are connected to the Legacy version of the Chargify app.

Every once in awhile, app owners will make updates to their app where we can't automatically migrate all the authentications or Zaps using those connections. Usually, this is due to a change in their authentication method or API, so we can't do a 1 > 1 migration.

The best thing to do is to create a new connection to "[Prod] lawpath" using the current version of the app.

Hi @Lawpath - Thank you for writing to us! Yeah, since you found an error code, I’ll go ahead and escalate this over to Support for further investigation. Please stand by.
