Enroll new student on Teachable after buy a specific product on Woocommerce

Hi,

I need to enroll a new student to a lesson on Teachable if that person purchased a certain product through my store. Can I achieve this with Zapier? Do I have access to the products within an order and based on certain products trigger course enrolments?

Hi @Liz_Roberts ,

Thanks for your help :) I ended up using a filter to make sure that the zap only gets executed until the end if a certain article number is present in the order line.

Hi @plutonianbe ,

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay!

This workflow should be possible! To make sure, could you test the trigger (Order in WooCommerce), take a look at the information you receive and see if there’s a field you can use that references the product(s) purchased? If there is such a field that pulls through with your configuration, you can use that to map over to your Teachable action.
