Hallo,
We have several courses in Thinkific and we use Plug & Pay for our sales page.

We did this because we want to offer the possibility to pay with iDeal, the most used online payment system in the Netherlands. We made a Zap for this and it is working fine! Plug & Pay has also several possibilities for up-selling etc. So we are happy with this solution.

Now, we want to take the next step. One of our courses comes with subscription.
And starting the subscription is no problem. We can do this with a Zap and it is working fine.

BUT, how to take care of ending the subscription??

Normally when using Thinkific you can see in your account settings your history, the product you did buy and the subscriptions you have. Here you can also cancel you subscription. But because we use Plug & Pay, the history is not in the account settings.

So, what to do? How can we automate ending a subscription?
I have two possibilities in mind.
1) It there way to get the order history into the Thinkific account? Can we make a Zap for this, so people can cancel and we can make a Zap to end the subscription in Plug & Pay?
2) Is there a totally other way to end the subscription? How to start the trigger, see print screen below.

Thanks for your help!

Found some more information given by Thinkific.
So, seems impossible to manage this within Thinkific.

What to do? Humbly asking their payment partners to also implement iDeal to support the customers in The Netherlands?  Any advice on this?

Hi @Buro Brouwer!

I just wanted to confirm whether this is the app you’re referring to: https://zapier.com/apps/plugnpaid/integrations. If so, it looks like the Zapier integration doesn’t have any actions:

We can add a feature request on our end, but given that the integration is owned and maintained by the plugnpaid team, your best bet might be to reach out to them and let them know what you’d like to see added.

Hi @Buro Brouwer!

I wanted to check in with you on this one, since we didn't hear back after our last message. Did you still need help here or were you able to resolve things? Please let us know :)
