Email marked as spam, Is it IP or what?

Hi Zapers,

We built a zap that takes data from a form and sends out an email. We noticed all of our emails are going to spam and wondering what we can do to fix this?

 

Does Zapier use my IP address for sending the email or do they use their own IP address? This might cause a flag. Also are there other settings I can change to fix this?

@Troy Tessalone we use Google for our company but it is our company domain not gmail.

It could be related to the context of the emails you’ve sent, the volume of emails you’ve sent, other apps that are integrated and using your Gmail account.
