I want to send a code email to client with a follow-up email if the client didn't open or reply my email after 24 hours or no follow up email if I got a reply from him. Which workflow works best. Thank you

If you want to track opens/clicks, then you would need to use an email app that tracks opens/clicks.

 

Otherwise, you can log sent emails in a lookup table, and then check against that for replies.

Can be used to compare 2 dates.

I used mailsute for the tracking.
