I just received an email that my Zap was disabled, because one of the recipients said they no longer want to receive emails. How can I find out which of the three people I’m sending this Zap to is no longer interested?

I’m not sure if this is something that we can provide, though Troy is right that the Support Team are in the best position to help you with this question.
Another way to approach this would be to send emails from an email account using an app like Gmail or Outlook instead of using Email by Zapier.
