Hi everyone,
We’re using EasyPractice.net as our booking system in our clinic, and we’d like to set up an automation using Zapier for a specific treatment from our services list.

Our goal is to automatically send follow-up emails to clients after they’ve completed the treatment, based on a time delay – for example, one email after 1 day, another after 3 days, and a third after 7 days.

The important part is that this automation should apply only to one specific treatment, not to all bookings made through the system.

Has anyone here used Zapier with EasyPractice in this way? Do you know if it’s possible to filter by treatment in Zapier or how the workflow should be set up?

I’d really appreciate any tips, Zap examples, or step-by-step guidance. Thanks in advance!

Hey ​@Alex0i, just checking in—did you have any success in using a filter, or paths, to limit the Zap to only send follow-up emails for a specific types of treatments?
