Dynamics on-prem integration support inquiry

Zapier does not support Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premises, only the online version. Workarounds include using APIs with Zapier's Webhooks, third-party integration tools, or migrating to the online version for direct integration. Consult your IT team or Microsoft for the best approach.
