Does a "stripe-subscription-payment" triggers "New payment"

Hey, I was wondering if a Stripe payment that is part of a subscription plan activates the “New Payment”-Trigger?

 

I´m selling one-time-purchases on my website that are triggered by “New Payment”. I´m wondering if subscriptions could interfere this method?
