I'm having a challenge clearing the data from previous Docusign envelopes. Its sending the automated email to previous signers when we want it to send to the newer signers. Please advise how we can clear the "Recipient Signers Email" field.

Please provide screenshots of your Zap configuration for the DocuSign step.

Sounds like you need to dynamically pipe thru the data points from the Gmail step to the DocuSign step.

Thank you for the response. I'm not sure how to do a deep clean but ready to learn to get this working. 

Can you also share screenshots of your trigger step?

Even when I check the button "Yes" for download data I still have the same challenge.
