When I receive an email from Docusign with the subject “Completed: XXX“ I would like Zapier to forward that email to Dotloop so it creates a loop. How do you do that?

Check the available triggers/actions for the apps...

DocuSign: https://zapier.com/apps/docusign/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Dotloop: https://zapier.com/apps/dotloop/integrations#triggers-and-actions

@Troy Tessalone Looks like this will not work since I do not need a new Dotloop for every completed Docusign.  I need it for only those that have a specific subject line.

You can specify a Status of “Completed” as part of the Zap trigger.

Otherwise, try adding a FILTER step to the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

@Troy Tessalone Will this process also add the files to the newly created Dotloop?

Could I find the new mail I receive in gmail > Then forward it so it comes from my main email address to an email address? @Troy Tessalone

Thru the Dotloop Zap action there does not appear to be a field for adding files.

Check this article: https://support.dotloop.com/hc/en-us/articles/202789953-Create-A-Loop-Via-Email

You might be able to configure a Gmail rule to forward applicable emails to Dotloop and not actually need Zapier.

Dotloop allows you to Create A Loop Via Email (see link)

I would like to create a zap that will see a specific email that comes in from Docusign. Then send it to Dotloop via email.

I’m not finding anyway to do this via parser or gmail.
