Hello,

I want to create an event in Google Calendar using the fields I have on my Deal record. I have a date, a start time and an end time fields.

Google is asking for date/time start and end fields. I tried adding the fields directly in the Create event action but I get this error: 

“Failed to create a create detailed event in Google Calendar

Required field "Start Date & Time" (start__dateTime) is missing.”

 

I then used the date/time formatter by Zapier. However, I always get an error while I know I have data in these fields.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated to fix the date/time field and create the event. Thanks a lot!

Hi @Cecile K. 

The mapped variables have a value of “No data”.

Make sure to select an example record from the Zap trigger step that has data for those fields.

You may need to add a Filter step to check that those fields have values.
