I am looking to integrate Stripe Issuing (not acquiring) with a back end web-accessible database, say Zoho Creator.
The app is to let multiple users access the backend, get a $$ balance, and issue cards against her own $$ balance. The cards are going to be spent on various merchants/websites. I prefer someone /team who has experiece building fintech products. Budget is open, and confidential know-how and terms will be released over phone call.
