Hi,

 

Is it possible to integrate Zapier to our own custom API/app that connects to our system?

Hey @TRLmix! So long as your app has an API, you can connect it to Zapier using our Developer Platform: https://zapier.com/platform

    couldn't you use Webhooks, and then custom request for this? 

     

    Webhooks by standard, allow get/post/put
