I need to create a csv file from a woocommerce order that has specific fields. How can I create a zap that will create the CSV file and send it by email when the customer makes an order? Thank you. The fileds I need are:  

reference_1

despatch_datetime

product_title

line_product

line_quantity

delivery_name

delivery_address_line1

delivery_address_line2

delivery_address_line3

delivery_town

delivery_postcode

delivery_country

courier_shipping_method

delivery_email

Welcome to the Community.

 

To streamline your WooCommerce order process with Zapier, set the trigger as "New Order" in WooCommerce. Then, add a Google Sheets action to create a new spreadsheet row with mapped order details. Next, add an email step to send the sheet link to a recipient. Note that converting the sheet to CSV must be done manually unless you use a third-party tool. Be sure to test the Zap to ensure it works correctly.
