Hi @Edith. A Zapier Expert is a great choice, so definitely look into them and see if that’s a fit. They’re a wonderfully helpful crew of experts - as the name suggests!

But in the meantime, let’s take some of the mystery and struggle out of creating your first Zap. I’d recommend taking a look at Zapier University’s 101 and 102. These will help you understand a bit more about how to use Zapier and the thought process behind it. Link: https://zapier.com/university

If I can give you any hint as someone who was new to Zapier not too long ago too: Break down what you want to do into chunks. Sort of think of it like making a sandwich. What needs to be done first? Second? What’s dependent on the bread being out of the bag? Trying to go from ingredients to sandwich right away is a lot to handle if you’ve never done it before.

I’d also recommend taking a look at the Shippo integrations page (link: https://zapier.com/apps/shippo/integrations). This page has a ton of suggested integrations along with the available triggers and actions towards the bottom.
