Hey all, having some trouble with Shopify data. Im looking to add products and their variants into excel when a new product is added. Right now it just creates 1 row, but im looking to have it create a new row for every variant added. 

 

Right now i’m at this step (photos below) and have 2 issues i’m confronted with:

 

 

Right now it comes out in excel like this:

 

Because products usually have variants, I want to make a new row for every variant created. So, in theory it would come out like this:

 

 

The other issue is the number of variants ranges. So I cannot just have it set to 4, it has to expand based on how many variants there are. Luckily these are separated by commas.

Good question.

Since the Excel Zap app doesn’t support line items you can use the Looping app to handle line items: https://zapier.com/apps/looping/help

Yes, GSheets supports line items.
