Hello,

I would like to create a Zap that would create a ticket in JIRA when an opportunity is set to end in the next 60 days. How would I go about creating that?

Hi @gpatanker, welcome to the Community! 🎉

Perhaps you could trigger when an opportunity is updated using the Updated Issue Jira Software Cloud trigger, then use a Formatter action to compare the current date against the date it’s set to end? Check out our Compare dates and times in Zaps guide for more details on how to set up the Formatter action. Then, you could set up a filter that only allows the Zap to continue if the difference between the two dates is 60 days or less.

Do you think that approach could work for your needs here?

Looking forward to hearing from you!
