Creating a Zap TESS CRM

I have a CRM that I use for my travel agency TESS. I would like to create a Zap that what I add a client to the CRM, the first name and email is sent to Flodesk. 

If that sounds too complicated, I would like to at least be able to automate the download of the CSV file and Upload to Flodesk. 

I am trying to avoid having to hire someone to do this for me. Any ideas?

Hi @KKing103 ,

As explained above, there currently isn’t an app available on zapier. This means you either:

  • Have to create your own app, by hiring an expert (if there is an API)
  • Use webhooks from TESS if they provide these
  • Think of some automated way for the CSV to download/upload. But for this, we need more details. We got no clue how TESS works

I suggest you to request some info from that company and see what they provide. Then if you still need some help feel free to post that usefull information here.

Does TESS have a BETA invite only Zapier integration?

Does TESS support webhooks?

Does TESS have an available API?

  • Use webhooks from TESS if they provide these
  • Think of some automated way for the CSV to download/upload. But for this, we need more details. We got no clue how TESS works
