Creating a New Lawmatics Matter

I am trying to use a custom form to create a new matter in Lawmatics, but I am CONSTANTLY running into an error saying that Lawmatics is not responding.  This is getting rather old, tiring, and quite frustrating.  


Is anyone else having this issue or have any suggestions?

Please post screenshots with the encountered error and how each Zap step is configured, thanks.

@Troy Tessalone Im not sure if this is what you are asking for, but this is the error message that I receive every time.  I’ve also included a screen shot of how I’ve set up the matter being created.

Hi @JColeman 

You may have to do a process of elimination to determine if there is a single data points causing the error.

Things to check

  1. Format of Phone Number (e.g. 10-digits)
  2. Format of State (e.g. full name vs abbreviation)
  3. Case Blurb


TIP: You should map the Street 2 variable to the Street 2 field
