I want to create a flow
- Upload Name, WhatsApp Contact and Birth date in an excel
- Use the Birth date to send message to either me wishing the person or directly to the person on his birthday

Set a Schedule By Zapier to check daily.
Find Rows in your excel sheet that match today’s date.
This will give you the list of people with a birthday today.
Loop through these results sending each a WhatsApp message or reminder to yourself.
Your Zap would look something like this
