Set a Schedule By Zapier to check daily.

Find Rows in your excel sheet that match today’s date.

This will give you the list of people with a birthday today.

Loop through these results sending each a WhatsApp message or reminder to yourself. 

Your Zap would look something like this

1. Creating a Jotform to accept - My name, my spouse name, my children name, date of birth of all in different fields.
2. Now using this Jotform - send WhatsApp message if Date of Birth is today

You can use Filter by Zapier for your desired workflow. We have a guide that covers another way of how to compare a date value to today’s date which you might want to try instead: Comparing to Today's Date

You can use Zapier <> WhatsBox integration to send out WhatsApp messages to the webinar participants. https://zapier.com/apps/whatsbox/integrations

Please note that this won’t work with a WhatsApp personal number, and you would have to sign-up for a WhatsApp Business Account.
