Could someone help me with explaining how I build a Zap that triggers a Slack message when today is 30 days from a set renewal date of a deal? And I also want to add conditions that Pipeline stage is not Churned.

I think you should use a Schedule by Zapier for that and Find all the deals that would be 30 days from a set renewal date.
Here is the sample flow-
- Schedule by Zapier
- Find Deals
- Formatter by Zapier
- Filter by Zapier
- Send Slack Message
Another way could be-
- Updated Deal Stage trigger or New Deal depending on the business logic
- Filter for not Churned stage
- Formatter( To calculate if it’s 30 days from a set renewal date)
- Filter
- Send Slack Message
This is just a sample workflow and you may need to add other actions like Looping etc as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs.
Also if it’s hubspot as you mentioned in the tag, you can setup a hubspot workflow that sends that data using webhook and catch that hook in Zapier. After that you can use it to send Slack message using Zapier. Hope it helps!
