I can’t seem to find any answers in the community so here’s my question. How do I setup a trigger for when a ticket is created in Intercom? So we’ll have a conversation with a customer and then convert the conversation to a ticket. Creating the ticket would then create a database item in Notion but I can’t figure out how to create this trigger for Intercom.

I can’t find a topic referring to tickets within the webhook options of intercom ;(
