Hi, I need help with creating a Zap.  I'm trying to create a Zap that will add a subtask to Asana from a new Helpdesk ticket.  I have many custom fields in asana.  And I don't know how to explain that the subtask (new ticket from helpdesk) should understand which specific section and task it should go to.  Can you help me or give me some tricks?  :)

Hi @valeriia

Good question.

Try using this Zap action: Asana - Create Subtask

You may need to add Zap steps to find the other data points to map dynamically.

Hey there @valeriia - checking in with how you’re coming along with Asana and HelpDesk. I also see you have a ticket with Support, they are great at doing some deep diving of what you’re trying to build.

Either way, if you do have a printscreen of what you’re working on, feel free to share it (with any personal info removed!). Hopefully, we can get you up and running with your Zap shortly, or if you already built it, share your best practices so that others can learn what worked for you :]
