We would like to create a page that allows our audience to send a personalized electronic holiday greeting card to a friend. Kind of like our own mini e-card site for our users.

The user would choose one of 6 or so cards that we design. Then the user would enter the name and email address of who they would like to send the card to and a personal message, plus their own name and email. And the card would be sent. And along the way we would ask them if they would like to sign up to our mailing list. 

Any idea of a workflow using Zapier in combination with other services that would allow for this to be built without using a developer?

You could build a simple site with a tool like www.carrd.co and then connect it to Zapier via a form.
