after trying pretty much any configuration I have been able to come up with, and applying what I read, I just have no other choice but asking for help.
this is the workflow I am trying to implement:
- if an email in outlook with a specific subject called “training request” is received then
- create a draft google calendar event with the following content:
- date of the training (included in the body of the email)
- location (included in the body of the email)
- customer (included in the body of the email)
- sales agente (included in the body of the email)
- send an email to the Training Director asking for approval
- if approval is given then convert draft event to published event
How can I do this?
