Convert URL from Google Sheet connected to Google Slide to display as GIF

Hi All,

I am wondering if someone can please help me?

I have a Google Form connected to a Google Sheet that is set up to automatically populate a Google Slide template.

I am trying to get the {{URL}} placeholder to show the actual GIF file rather than the URL. Is this possible somehow?
