Just want to make sure I’m not missing it in the list of properties that can be retrieved in the HubSpot trigger step, “New Ticket Property Change”, is it possible to pull the contact id of an associated contact of a ticket?

I’m trying to send emails based on a stage that a ticket gets moved into!

Bad News: You are right that Contact ID doesn’t appear to be an available data point to return from the Trigger step.

Good News: You can find the Contact(s) associated to a Ticket with another step.

Use the Action: Find Associations in HubSpot

Configure the step like this
