I’m trying to connect the zap to the app names Carcom. It’s a payment app.
I put the URL of the webhook in the Cardcom app. but when I try to make a zap to pass some fields into google shhet I get lost. It does not bring the fields of the cardcom app.
I don't understand what I do wrong.

There could be a few things happening here so that we can understand your Zap a little better could I ask a few questions?
It sounds like the Webhook by Zapier step is the trigger for the Zap, which type of hook are you using (A poll or catch hook?) And when you test the webhook trigger for the Zap, do you see any information come in?
And could you please send a screenshot of the way that the trigger is set up - something like this:
Don’t forget to block out the end of the hook url for privacy/security

I use Catch hook.
I get a message when I test it saying ‘we could not find...”

Have you sent data from Carcom to that webhook URL? If you haven’t done that, nothing will show up when you test the trigger step in your Zap.
