I am trying to setup a Zap to send a message to slack when a new incident is created for a team in Ivanti

I get the premise, but it wants a username and password to connect to Ivanti with.  We use AZURE SSO to connect.. so its not connecting.

Any ideas?

@BSorensen

I'm going to flag this post for the Zapier Community Team. They should have more insight on this and can escalate to the support team if needed.

Sit tight, and someone will contact you soon.

Sharing answer here:

As the Ivanti integration (like most on Zapier) is built/maintained by Ivanti,
they provided this message regarding Authentication....

In this beta phase, we are supporting user credentials which is internal to our application. It doesn't work if external login app is configured to our ivanti service manager application.

They also mentioned to reach out to them directly for more information, they perhaps might have a workaround for you? I'm sorry I can't be of more help here! I Did find their support page: https://www.ivanti.com/support/contact

Hello,

Do you have any update we’re still facing to this issue?

Thank you
