Connecting infusionsoft to wishlist member

I have created a zap when a person is tagged in Infusionsoft, they are created as a new member in Wishlist member on my Wordpress site.

I’m getting this error: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu5pAW6

 

Not sure why, I’ve connected and tested teh connection to both systems fine. That part is working.

Any suggestions?

Hi @tracyselena!

 

Users often see this error with WordPress when XML-RPC settings aren’t enabled on their WordPress site. 

XML-RPC functionality is turned on by default since WordPress 3.5, but if you’re using a previous version or if it was turned off for some reason then Zapier might get a 404 error trying to reach your WordPress site. 

This guide from WordPress explains how you can check those settings: XML-RPC support

I checked my Settings > Writing > Remote Publishing  settings and there is no option to turn it on. It must already be enabled. As you can see here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpu5RXXx

Hi there @tracyselena - Stepping in for Danvers here. Could you verify if you have any custom domain or redirects going on? We think that maybe another item to check to see if there’s a conflict.
