Connecting Dialpad to Active Campaign Id not found
Hi Good Day ! Can you please assist us in resolving this issue? "The app reported "No Result found for Subscriber with id" we utilized the test sample of dialpad but when we tried to test it on the active campaign they didn't connect. Can you please assist us in zapping Dialpad to Active Campaign? We would appreciate it if you could provide a step-by-step procedure so that we will fallow it.

For the AC action step, this ID needs to be an AC ID as indicated by the description underneath the field, but you are trying to pass the DialPad Contact ID, which is why the step returns and error.

Thank you for your response, can you tell us what another way to find an ID because if we remove the ID it can cause error also so that we use the ID of Dialpad.
The way to replicate all of the contact in Dialpad to Active Campaign we need to generate a Test Action to see the results if its work or not.
Can you give us a sample on how to zapped Dialpad to AC ? Thank you so much

AC has this Zap action step that will return the AC Contact ID that can then be mapped into the field, but you’ll need to use the email address returned from the DialPad Zap trigger if available.
