Connecting contact info in inbound email to ACT!

I receive regular emails containing contact information that needs to be added to ACT! as a new contact record.  It is my understanding the Zapier could assist in automating this process.   Is there someone that has done this successfully that can share how I should set this up?

Yes you can do this!


  1. Use Email Parser by Zapier and try to find Phonenumbers and Emails
  2. Validate Emails and Phone with Text Formater by Zapier
    • You can Split the Name of the sender to extract first and lastname with that App too.
  3. Add ACT as last step
