I want to send my employers every day at 5pm an email with all the appointments that are in Google Calendar for the next day.

I have tried a lot but can't find a solution that fits me. 

Can anybody send me in the right direction?

Good question.

Try this:

2 Zaps.

Zap 1: Use the GCal - Event Start trigger (e.g. 24 hours before) to log all your GCal events into a GSheet with the Create Row option.

Zap 2: Use a Schedule trigger (5 pm) and GSheet Find Row(s) action to search by Date, format the returned data, then send an email.
