Hi there,

We are struggling with a similar issue. We need to create and send an invoice in Xero when a HubSpot deal is set to “Closed Won”.

The problem we’re having is that we cannot get the contact information from the HubSpot deal. We are also using Stripe but currently not in our Zap sequence.

The reason we’re using the HubSpot deal as a trigger rather than the Stripe Payment is because Stripe does not contain the Product line items and we need these on the invoice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could you send us a screenshot of your current configuration (minus any personal information)? Would like to take a peek at your mapped fields to see if that could be the culprit!
