For over 1 year I have been using Calendly to allow my clients to schedule their appointments. It would then go through Zapier to my Redtail CRM. This would ad the appointment with clients name in the Linked Contact field which would then start a workflow for that client. Now I am being told Zapier cannot send the client name, or send it quick enough to populate the Linked Contact field. Why the change? This really puts a monkey wrench in my business. Is there any help anywhere?

Can you outline a specific example for us to better evaluate and advise?
Perhaps you can post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.
FYI: Most Zap app integrations are created and maintained by the app developer, rather than by Zapier, altho I’m unsure who owns both of these Zap app integrations.
