I need to send the last message sent by the user to the chatbot from ChatBot Builder to Zapier. 

For this I created and configured a CustomField, that stores the last message from the user.  Now, the problem I have is that Zapier is not capturing the value of the custom field in real time. 

For example, it captures other fields (like chatbot responses) but with outdated information (i.e. a response from a past conversation). 

How can I make the updated information in the custom fied to reach zapier in an unstable way?

Just came across your post and spotted that you also reached out to our Support team about this. It seems that you’re having trouble with the Chatbot Builder AI app which is currently still a private integration which means that the support team have more limited resources available for troubleshooting any issues. They recommended reaching out to the folks who gave you access to the integration for assistance, were they able to help get things resolved?
