Change of subscription

Our contacts are not transferred to the britix app. My body is asking what's going on? 


Is it a plan, and if so, can we change it to a higher one? We need GetResponse integration with the Britix app. The zapier itself is set up but does not send any information. Do we have to pay anew if we change the plan or are these costs included?

I know it’s been a bit since this was posted but I wanted to pop in and see if you were still needing help? 

I took a quick peek and it doesn’t appear the GetResponse or the Bitrix24 are Premium apps. That said, if you’d like us to take a look, sometimes sharing screenshots of your zap setup (with any personal info obscured) helps us to diagnose the issue and get ya pointed in the right direction. 😊
