How do I change Klaviyo list when MemberStack member cancels?

Hi there,

 

I am trying to create a Zap that changes the list a subscriber is in when they cancel their account.

 

I’ve found I can’t add/remove the subscriber from lists, so this doesn’t seem possible? Can anyone confirm.

I’m afraid you’re right that’s it not currently possible to remove a subscriber from a list using the Zapier Claviyo integration. 

We do have a feature request for this addition and I've added your email address as another vote. I don't have an ETA of when or if this will happen, but we will definitely email you if it does become a reality.

The Klaviyo app on Zapier now has a Remove Subscriber from List action available to use:
