Hi @KWL,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please send a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the “Find Record(s)” step that shows all of its fields? This will help me take a closer look at the issue.

Hi Ken,

Thank you for your reply.

the screenshot of ““CONFIGURE” section is given below.

I not sure why the “Data In” → “Find Record(s)” step that shows all of its fields for the value of object ID containing “266678222”?

Your help on this is much appreciated, thanks !

Hi @KWL,

Thanks for the screenshots!

The number you’re seeing is the node ID of the Zap step. Additionally, whenever you see those {{...}} curly braces around entries in the Data In of an action, this means that there is a field mapped there in the Zap Editor, but when the Zap ran live this data was not sent from a previous step.

Also, since you’re using the Order ID as your field to search by could you please try remapping the “OrderID Value(s)” field with the Order ID from the trigger step?

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
