We have a WordPress website that contains a Microsoft Bookings embedded form to book all our sales appointments. Is it possible to have Zapier to create a new contact in Outlook and/or our Breakcold CRM every time we get a new booking from our MS Booking form?

I am not aware of a Zap app integration for Microsoft Bookings.
If not available, then advanced approaches possibly using APIs and webhooks would have to be explored.
