Can we use our email domain for inbound email instead of zapiermail.com?

We use inbound email triggers to capture leads and parse out contact data using openai. We have to use xxxx@zapiermai.com email thats generated when we create the zap. So im wondering if there is a way to use our domain for that email instead of zapiermail.com?

I’m guessing that you’re using the Email by Zapier app for the Zap’s trigger, is that correct? 

If so, you might want to try switching to a different email app as Email by Zapier would only be able to trigger on emails that are forwarded to that @zapiermail.com email address, not emails sent to your email account. If you’re not using an service like Gmail or Microsoft Outlook for example, perhaps you could try SMTP by Zapier or IMAP by Zapier to trigger on new emails sent to your own email account.
