Hi everybody, i’m following this vid https://zapier.com/blog/create-salesforce-leads-facebook/ but after selecting “account” as Salesforce objects , it says that I have to use advanced mode but in the vid this doesn’t happen.

Why? I have difficulties to connect zapier with salesforce

Can you share a screenshot of where it says that you have to use advanced mode?

I attached two pics. Zapier says i have to use advanced mode after i select “account” as object for salesforce, like in the video

Can you help me?

Hey @Francesco Di Carlo, welcome to the Community!

Hmm, it looks like the the selected object type has custom fields that aren’t catered for in the Zap template so it’s suggesting that you switch to our more advanced Zap Editor to configure them (without the guided setup of the Zap template that’s shown in the video).

So you’ll want to click on that “Use advanced mode” button to do that:

Can you give that a try and let us know if you’re then able to continue setting up your Zap? If you’re new to creating Zaps you may find it helpful to check out the following guides on how to set up your Zap:

any news??

No I still don’t get thought this cause I don’t know how and what type of value I have to add and Zapier gives me errors and errors

 

I need the easy mode instead anyway

Can you explain how a can make the fields right for the simple mode for zapier?
