My zap sends an email when a sub fills out a form. The email needs to include the subs info, but Zapier can’t access the custom fields, only first name and email, not last name and phone. TIA!

Last name and phone are custom fields data, in order to access those fields you can use “Webhook by Zapier” to make API call to this ConvertKit’s subscriber endpoint and it will return all the custom field data about the subscriber: https://developers.convertkit.com/#view-a-single-subscriber
