Can another app like OTC update Quick Books’ Online invoice to be marked as paid?

Hi there @EricaC,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like for the QuickBooks Online invoice to be marked as paid you’d need to follow the "Create Invoice" action with a "Create Payment" action, and link it to the newly created invoice. This will almost-instantly mark the new invoice as Paid.

Welcome to the Community! 🎉
