I want to make our facebook billing easier. Currently we have to manually download invoices monthly. Break the invoices down in excel/spreadsheet and then pass them to our accounting team. Quite a complicated and time consuming process (especially since we have multiple ad accounts). So I am looking for a way to simplify this.
A first option was to increase the payment limit to have to download fewer invoices but the payment limit is already at the maximum. The next solution we thought of was to solve this through zapier.
If we would get the invoices in a mail or directly in a spreadsheet this would already solve a lot and wondered if this is possible in zapier connected to facebook business manager.
